The 11th Tor Planning Portal began with a simple idea: to create one central place where staff and volunteers could find everything they need to prepare for an organised outdoor activity.

From downloading GPX routes and reviewing checkpoints to checking walking assignments and support duties, the portal brings essential planning information together in one easy-to-access location.

Data Storage & Privacy

The 11th Tor Planning Portal is designed to support organisational planning and coordination without requiring the collection of student personal data.

The portal stores operational information including organisation details, authorised user accounts, planned routes, GPS coordinates, checkpoints, activity schedules and associated planning documents.

No student names, contact details, medical records or other personally identifiable student information are intended to be stored on the portal.

Information held within the system is used to support the effective planning, management and coordination of outdoor activities.

Independent Project Notice

The 11th Tor Planning Portal is an independent SorlieTech project and is not currently affiliated with or endorsed by the Ten Tors organisers.

Applications from new organisations are temporarily suspended pending discussions with the event organisers.
